We are located in the US & are working very hard to add in shipping to our neighbors to the north (Canada 😉 ) but at this time we cannot ship any international orders. Please stay tuned and keep checking back!! 💚❤️

Once an order is shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number. From there, you can track with the carrier.

Your business means the world to us, and we want you to love your new Christmas décor as much as we do. This is why we ask you to shop away for as long as it takes to carefully choose your items. We do not offer returns/exchanges for change of mind.

🌟Please note that a lot of our collections are vintage-inspired and thus you can expect quality & color variations, chipping, and an overall aged look. Bear in mind that this isn’t a flaw, rather it adds to the vintage look and authenticity!

Order Receipt
Due to the 7-day return window, we ask that you inspect your order right away upon delivery to make sure everything arrived safe & sound. Please keep all packaging: including the shipping box, product boxes, bubble wrap & tissue paper until you've had a chance to check over your new Christmas goodies.

We pride ourselves on packaging each & every item with care, but occasionally damage occurs in shipping that we cannot anticipate.

If anything from your order arrives broken or damaged, please email us within 7 days of receipt at info@candycanechristmascompany.com with photos of the damage. We will process your request, and once accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

We ask that you use the original packaging to repack the items for return. Due to the very fragile nature of our products, we cannot accept returns that are not in original packaging. Once you receive the return label, you have 7 days to return the product or we will void the label.

To join the Candy Cane Loyalty Points Program, click "Join Now" in the popup at the bottom of the page and create an account. If you are an existing customer, please use the same email used when you placed an order with us. 

For those folks with accounts already, click "Already have an account? Log In." Once you are logged in, you are ready to start earning points!🎉🎉

2. Enter Birthday- 500 Points on Birthday (Birthday Reward is given once a year, on the exact day of the customer's birthday)

5. Place an Order- 5 Points for every $1 Spent (Given once order is placed & paid.)

6. Refer a New Customer- 500 Points (Given once the referred customer places an order & is paid.) Referral must use link you provide to place order.
