Refund Policy
Your business means the world to us, and we want you to love your new Christmas décor as much as we do. This is why we ask you to shop away for as long as it takes to carefully choose your items. We do not offer returns/exchanges for change of mind. Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on gift cards.
🌟Please note that a lot of our collections are vintage-inspired, and thus you can expect quality & color variations, chipping, and an overall aged look. Bear in mind that this isn’t a flaw. Rather, it adds to the vintage look and authenticity!

Order Receipt
Due to the 7-day return window, we ask that you inspect your order right away upon delivery to make sure everything arrived safe & sound. Please keep all packaging: including the shipping box, product boxes, bubble wrap & tissue paper until you've had a chance to check over your new Christmas goodies.
We pride ourselves on packaging each & every item with care, but occasionally damage occurs in shipping that we cannot anticipate.
Damages & issues
If anything from your order arrives broken or damaged, please email us within 7 days of receipt at info@candycanechristmascompany.com with photos of the damage. We will process your request, and once accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We ask that you use the original packaging to repack the items for return. Due to the very fragile nature of our products, we cannot accept returns that are not in original packaging. Once we send you the return label, you have 7 days to return the product or we will void the label.
Due to the sheer volume of correspondence, please do not DM us on Instagram with order issues as we cannot guarantee we will see your message. All correspondence must go to info@candycanechristmascompany.com. This way we can insure we promptly address your concerns!
We apologize, but we cannot be held responsible for stolen packages or missing packages marked as delivered by the shipping companies. Please make sure you are shipping your package to a safe location.
Refunds & Replacements
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once processed, we will happily offer a refund or replacement, whichever you prefer! If you choose a refund, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If you choose to have the item replaced, we will pack the order, and provide a new order confirmation and tracking.
